Love Actually - Family Time LOVE 24th May

It’s been lovely to see that our little community is growing. Thanks to everyone who has read the blog, liked our Instagram feed and FB page. We hope that Family Time will continue to bring people and families together over the next few months. If you like / love! what you've seen then Subscribe to the blog, like and share the webpage on Facebook and Instagram. We’d love to reach more people!

This week, we’re going to take a peek at the last part of 1Corinthians 1:13 – “These three things remain, faith, hope and love, but the greatest of these is love”. So what is LOVE? A warm fuzzy feeling or just a stronger desire than a like? We hope that doing a bit of sword drill (remember to bring a bible!), we’ll get to grips with something a bit more than I love ice cream!

Mark will be sharing the DAYly News, we’ll be hunting for lots of LOVEly things, and there’s a good choice of songs to boogie and sing along to. Here’s a sneak peak to our action song for the week -

Our craft this week is based around the story of Jesus demonstrating his love, when he washed his friends feet. I can’t quite imagine what that must have been like (apart from being very smelly and dirty!), but it was this demonstration of servanthood that sets us a good example of how far love can go. To join in, download the foot template or have a piece of paper, marker pens and pencils and scissors ready. We’ll show you what to do on Sunday.

And our questions are all quite lovely!

· What is love?

· What do you love?

· Do you think God really loves you?

· How do you love one another as Jesus has loved you?
